Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance and database queries for 99.99% uptime
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Kubernetes and Jenkins
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct security audits and implement robust authentication protocols
- Present technical solutions to cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design projects
