Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP and microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Lead architectural decisions for scalable backend systems
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Python/Java with strong OOP fundamentals
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms
- Proven track record of building RESTful APIs and event-driven systems
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong problem-solving skills with system design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
