Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and AWS
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams on feature development
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with distributed systems
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3)
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design
