Responsibilities
- Architect scalable backend systems using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead microservices development on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Jenkins
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Collaborate with product teams on agile sprints
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expertise in Java, Python, and cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Proficient in testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
