Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 24/7 deployment reliability
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct code profiling and performance tuning for high-traffic applications
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of production software development experience
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Java, Python, Go, or C#)
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration
- Strong background in API design and RESTful services
- Demonstrable leadership in agile methodologies
- Portfolio showcasing complex system design contributions
