Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Python and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Optimize existing software for speed and scalability to improve user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior engineers.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java or Python and modern front-end frameworks like React.
- Experience with cloud services, specifically AWS or Azure.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
