Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct performance tuning and security audits for production systems
- Present technical findings to stakeholders through documentation and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js)
- Proven experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) and containerization
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Track record of mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence workflows
