Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Optimize existing codebases for speed, scalability, and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and reduce technical debt.
- Act as a technical mentor for junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, with deep knowledge of at least one modern framework.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
