Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices and APIs using modern languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java).
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UX/UI designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure all code adheres to our high standards for security and performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues within production environments.
- Optimize database queries and system architecture to enhance application speed and efficiency.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a full-stack or backend environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in at least one primary programming language and familiarity with modern frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
