Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable backend microservices using Node.js and Python.
- Design and optimize high-volume, low-latency database systems (PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices and security standards.
- Debug complex production issues and implement robust solutions to improve system stability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical roadmapping.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud architecture (AWS or GCP).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
