Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages (Python, Java, or C#).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and user requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development pipelines and CI/CD processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language and one front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Deep understanding of software architecture patterns and database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
