Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-quality software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver user-centric products.
- Optimization: Conduct code reviews, perform system analysis, and optimize application performance for speed and reliability.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software stability and reduce technical debt.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or a comparable language.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with React or Node.js ecosystems.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, with experience in PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
