Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate in rigorous code reviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance and database queries.
- Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
