Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern technologies (Java, Python, Go).
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation during night shifts to ensure system stability and uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize existing codebases for performance.
- Implement security best practices and compliance standards in all deliverables.
- Document technical requirements and architectural decisions clearly for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to work effectively and autonomously during night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to code quality.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and Agile methodologies.
