What You'll Do:
- Architect and develop scalable software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Debug and resolve complex production issues with minimal supervision.
- Optimize database performance and ensure system security for high-traffic applications.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning) via video conference.

Responsibilities
- Design, code, and test new software features using industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Document technical architecture, API endpoints, and system workflows.
- Ensure software compliance with security and legal standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into our stack where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shift hours.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
