Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Night Operations: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot critical issues during off-peak hours to ensure 24/7 uptime and stability.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management to define feature requirements.
- Debugging: Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex software bugs and performance bottlenecks efficiently.
- Innovation: Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions to drive technical innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Cloud & Tools: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude.
