Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern technologies.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to define features and improve system architecture.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues that arise during off-peak hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high coding standards.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data security across all platforms.
- Document technical specifications and architecture decisions clearly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with experience in modern frameworks (Django, Spring, etc.).
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team environment.
