Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions for our core platform with a focus on stability and performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including code reviews, design sessions, and sprint planning.
- Maintain and optimize legacy codebases while migrating to modern architectures.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards.
- On-call rotation support to handle critical production issues during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (5+ years required).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java and experience with modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Spring).
- Deep understanding of SQL and database management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a Night Shift environment and maintain high productivity during off-hours.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical debt management.
