Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using Java, Python, or C++.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in high-availability production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) during off-hours sprints.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity for night-time batch processes.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural planning sessions.
- Contribute to the security and compliance of our internal systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Ability to adapt to a night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or similar).
- Valid driver’s license (required for relocation coordination assistance).
