Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions for our 24/7 platform.
- Incident Management: Monitor system health and resolve critical issues during off-peak hours.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; perform rigorous code reviews.
- Automation: Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate routine maintenance tasks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the 24/7 operations team to ensure seamless integration.
- Mentorship: Guide and support the development of junior engineering talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go; experience with AWS or Azure.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
