Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions.
- Debug complex issues and optimize system performance, ensuring 99.99% uptime.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth and culture.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar front-end/back-end frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
