Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern frameworks such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot critical technical issues during off-hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Design) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including database queries and frontend rendering.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including deployment, maintenance, and legacy code refactoring.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record of delivery.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or React (full stack experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Must be available and willing to work Night Shift schedules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
