Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications and APIs specifically for night-ops monitoring and support.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues that arise during off-peak hours to minimize downtime for global clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and refactor legacy code for scalability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and security standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers on the team.
- Optimize database queries and system performance to handle high-volume data processing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend technologies.
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
