Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Execute critical deployments and system updates during off-peak hours to ensure zero downtime.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues with high priority and urgency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and optimize existing systems for performance and security.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a 24/7 environment.
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Ability to work independently and effectively during the night shift (e.g., 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
