Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions for our core platform using modern frameworks.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues during off-peak hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with product managers and QA teams to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimize database performance and refactor legacy code for improved efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations to handle critical system incidents promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven experience working in a Night Shift environment is required.
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Must be willing to relocate to Fresno, California.
