Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native solutions in AWS/GCP environments
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers during night operations
- Optimize system performance for 24/7 global user access
- Collaborate with cross-continental teams using Agile methodologies
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Resolve critical production issues with rapid response SLAs
- Contribute to technical strategy for night shift operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and incident response
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design contributions
