Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software code for scalable applications.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues within production environments during night operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to define feature requirements and architectural standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and security standards are met.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure critical systems remain operational 24/7.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a night shift setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to document technical processes effectively.
