Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications.
- Diagnose and fix complex bugs and system failures during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure best practices.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in software development.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C++, etc.).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
