What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for our global client base.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot critical bugs, and implement patches during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices and night-shift workflows.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data processing pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, performant code for web and mobile applications.
- Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure zero downtime during your shift.
- Document technical architecture and operational procedures for the night-ops team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Optimize database queries and application performance for high traffic loads.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid night shift environment.
