Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern languages (Java, Python, or C#).
- Debug complex production issues and implement robust fixes with minimal supervision.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including code reviews, architecture planning, and technical documentation.
- Optimize database performance and ensure system scalability for high-traffic applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define new features and improve user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Automate testing and deployment pipelines to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one primary language (Java, Python, or C#).
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently during night shift hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
