Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture for high-availability financial systems
- Lead night shift deployments and incident response with zero downtime SLAs
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for peak off-peak performance
- Mentor junior engineers during overnight development cycles
- Collaborate with APAC/EU teams during handover windows
- Automate CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems and cloud-native development
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with async programming
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Strong background in financial services or high-volume transaction systems
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional night shift deployments
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- CI/CD pipeline mastery (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
