Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and MongoDB clusters
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation with Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on AWS infrastructure deployments
- Troubleshoot complex production issues during night shift windows
- Document technical specifications and API integrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Java, Python, and cloud-native architectures
- Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and containerization
- Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
