Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions for our core platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Design) during off-hours to ensure seamless deployment and feature releases.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical night operations.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following modern software engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in real-time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience in a full-stack environment.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# with strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
