Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers during night shift rotations
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for 24/7 deployment reliability
- Collaborate with global teams using agile methodologies for real-time problem-solving
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues during off-peak hours
- Contribute to technical documentation and architectural decision-making
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system incidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex distributed systems
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Strong written communication for cross-team collaboration
