Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go/Kubernetes for 24/7 global systems
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Florida and Oklahoma offices
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Resolve critical production issues during night shift coverage
- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with company goals
- Document technical specifications and API specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Go/Python preferred)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
