Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and career development support.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs in production environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to ensure software delivery agility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js), or Go.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
