Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Lead technical initiatives for enterprise-level SaaS platforms serving Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices using AWS and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and ensure 99.99% uptime for critical services
- Stay current with emerging technologies through dedicated innovation time
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java/Python and React
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in database design and optimization (SQL/NoSQL)
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with focus on scalable system architecture
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience mentoring engineering teams and leading technical projects
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments
