Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance backend systems using Java/Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant financial applications
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS/GitLab
- Lead architectural decisions for new product features and system integrations
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to product roadmap planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with financial systems or PCI compliance is highly desirable
