Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and ensure technical feasibility.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; participate in rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and system bottlenecks.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline and ensure automated testing and deployment processes are robust.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on full-stack or backend technologies.
- Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
