Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead architectural decisions and perform code reviews to ensure best practices, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers to deliver features on time.
- Optimize existing applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and one or more backend languages (Node.js, Python, Java).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful API design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in production environments.
