Responsibilities
- Design & Build: Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Optimization: Continuously refactor and optimize code to enhance application performance, security, and maintainability.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and reduce technical debt.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers through code reviews and technical discussions to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Proficiency in at least two core languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and make data-driven architectural decisions.
