Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- System Architecture: Lead the design of complex system architectures, ensuring reliability, security, and performance under load.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- CI/CD Implementation: Enhance and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines to streamline delivery.
- Technical Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose technical improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js, along with strong knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Database Skills: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Agile Methodology: Proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments.
