Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software architectures for our core product suite.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and Designers to define features and user stories.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical debt and implement refactoring strategies.
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or similar modern stack).
- Strong understanding of database management systems, preferably PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
