Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, security, and performance across the codebase.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize code efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
