What You Will Do
- Architect and develop robust, high-performance backend services and microservices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.99% uptime for critical systems.
- Drive technical debt reduction and refactor legacy codebases with modern best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality and security standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and SQL/NoSQL optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment.
