Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features with a focus on user experience.
- Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve application performance, security, and scalability.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- CI/CD: Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Node.js.
- Cloud: Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system architecture.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
