Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- Code Optimization: Review, debug, and refactor existing codebases to improve performance, security, and maintainability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and reduce bug rates.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to drive team efficiency.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments to production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java, along with experience in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
