Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern technologies (Python, Java, Go).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize existing codebases for scalability, reliability, and speed.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with financial markets, derivatives, or equity options is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an Agile environment.
