Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with Product teams on technical requirements
- Troubleshoot complex system issues with root cause analysis
- Contribute to architectural decisions and tech roadmap
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and containerization
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
