Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party financial services
- Conduct performance tuning and security vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to architectural decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and data structures
- Proven experience with RESTful API design and integration patterns
- Familiarity with fintech compliance standards (PCI DSS, SOX)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
